Young Boys II ist die zweite Mannschaft des Schweizer Fussballvereins BSC Young Boys. Sie spielt in der Promotion League, der dritthöchsten Spielklasse im Schweizer Fussball.
Die Mannschaft wurde 1924 als FC Bern gegründet und ist seit 1992 die zweite Mannschaft von Young Boys. Das Team trägt seine Heimspiele im Stadion Wankdorf in Bern aus.
Young Boys II hat noch nie einen großen Titel gewonnen, hat aber in den letzten Jahren in der Promotion League Erfolg gehabt. In der Saison 2019/20 erreichte die Mannschaft den zweiten Platz und verpasste den Aufstieg in die Challenge League nur knapp.
Einige der bekanntesten Spieler, die für Young Boys II gespielt haben, sind Kevin Mbabu, Renato Steffen und Loris Benito, die später alle für die Schweizer Nationalmannschaft spielten.
