Der Sertanense Futebol Clube ist ein portugiesischer Fußballverein aus Sertã im Distrikt Castelo Branco. Er wurde 1928 gegründet und spielt derzeit in der Campeanato de Portugal, der dritten Liga Portugals.

Das Heimstadion des Sertanense ist die Estadio Marquês do Pombal mit einer Kapazität von 6.000 Plätzen.

Der Verein hat noch nie einen großen Titel gewonnen, konnte aber in den regionalen Ligen einige Erfolge feiern. Im Pokal Taça de Portugal erreichte Sertanense in der Saison 1980/81 das Halbfinale, wo sie gegen den späteren Sieger Sporting Lissabon ausschieden.
