Al Shaaib

Al-Shaeib FC (Arabic: نادي الشعيب) is a Saudi Arabian football club based in Huraymila, Riyadh and competes in the Saudi Second Division, the third tier of Saudi football. The club also consists of other departments including table tennis, volleyball and swimming. The club was founded in 1978 by Hamad Al-Qadeer.

Al-Shaeib won their first promotion to the Saudi Second Division during the 2021–22 season after defeating Al-Qala 3–1 on aggregate in the promotion play-offs.

Al Shabab (arabisch الشباب, DMG asch-Schabāb ‚die Jugend‘) ist ein saudi-arabischer Fußballverein aus Riad. Der Verein wurde 1947 gegründet und gewann bisher sechsmal den saudi-arabischen Meistertitel, zuletzt 2012, und dreimal den saudi-arabischen Pokal.

Al Shabab spielt seine Heimspiele im Prince Faisal bin Fahd Stadium, das 22.500 Zuschauern Platz bietet. Die Vereinsfarben sind weiß und schwarz.

Bekannte Spieler des Vereins waren unter anderem der saudi-arabische Nationalspieler Nawaf al-Temyat, der nigerianische Nationalspieler Obafemi Martins und der brasilianische Nationalspieler Éverton Ribeiro.

In der Saison 2022/23 spielt Al Shabab in der Saudi Professional League, der höchsten Spielklasse im saudi-arabischen Fußball.
